Normal parcel post comes WITHOUT TRACKING. This is your automated selection unless you choose to upgrade. (excluding orders outside Australia)
Unfortunately once your parcel leaves us, we won't be able to assist you if it is lost in the mail.
To ensure this doesn't happen, we encourage all our customers to upgrade to tracking or express post to ensure we can locate your parcel if it goes missing. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen. We would hate for you to lose your badges.
